The Seer Arises

This is an album of four movements about the seers that I have come into contact with during my life. A seer is one that sees: an inveterate seer of sights, a clairvoyant or being who prophesies future events through a process of divination.

Over the last 50 or so years I’ve had the privilege to meet many seers who in some way or other have had an impact small or large, informing and changing the course of my life. Divination (from the Latin divinare “to foresee, to foretell, to predict, to prophesy “, is related directly to divinus, divine), or “to be inspired by a god” and is the attempt to gain perception or insight into a question or situation by way of an occultic, standardised process or ritualistic methods. Tarot cards (of various layouts, designs and ages), psychometry (a form of extrasensory perception characterised by relevant associations from an object of unknown history by making physical contact with that object) and the holding of hands have all been used in these intimate and powerful meetings.

This album is dedicated with complete respect and gratitude to the many remarkable seers (or if you will remote viewers) I’ve encountered throughout my life which have included Mrs. Sessions of Yeovil, Somerset, Gloria at The Psychic Eye Bookshop, Torrance, California, the clairvoyants at Malibu Shaman, Malibu, California, Bill Harrison (Clairvoyant, Healer and Ghost Hunter), Jenny Tomasin (Psychometrist and well known actress who starred as Ruby in the British TV show Upstairs Downstairs), Mike Holloway (Medium and Spirit Guide of The Guiding Light Sanctuary Circle) and Ajarn Suea (Thai Lanna Buddhist practitioner), Chiang Mai, Thailand. These extremely talented spiritual guides have opened up the hidden realms of the supernatural, shining a long, bright and penetrating light into the darkness of the invisible future.
